Which E-Decorating package is right for me?

Everyone’s needs are different so certain packages might be more ideal than others. The packages are customized to better suite your ideal revamp without a full renovation.

 

The Standard E-Decorating Package gives you the fundamental tools of pulling together any room. If you do not have the desire to be creative or have the time to pick out décor or furniture, but you are capable of ordering items yourself then this package is right for you.

 

The Deluxe E-Decorating Package is convenient and allows room to be a little indecisive when choosing styles and furniture placement. If you are extremely busy, this package is ideal. You get more design options and also get items ordered and tracked on your behalf.

 

The Standard Layout Package is better utilized for those who need a little direction and can take over when handed a little inspiration. You are given a layout and concept to get you started, and then you can personalize the vision for your reality. This can even be beneficial for implementing current furniture with new pieces.

The Deluxe Layout Package gives you double the vision of how spectacular your room(s) can truly be. You can choose from 2 layouts in order to decide on a layout better suiting your lifestyle.

 

The Concept/Design Board gifts you an artistic aspect to work around and sparks your intuitive nature. If you are having a creative block, this can help develop a new outlook on a space’s potential that you can customize all on your own.

 

I need more help than what’s offered in any of the E-Decorating Packages, can I have a customized package?

Yes, customizable packages start from $450 per room.

 

When can I expect a response after filling out my E-Design questionnaire?

3 to 7 business days

 

What are the available options of payment?

You will be able to pay with a credit or debit card through an invoice that will be sent via email.

 

Can I get a refund?

With the Standard and Deluxe E-Decorating packages, you may receive a 50% refund if you are not happy after revisions and before the shopping list is presented to you. There will be no refund after the shopping list is sent. There will be no refund for the Standard and Deluxe Layout Packages, as well as the Concept/Design Board.

 

How long does the E-Decorating process usually take?

The time frame depends on what service you want. It can take anywhere from 7 to 30 days. You have to take into account shipping and delivery, which can take 1 to 2 weeks. There are things you can do to speed up the process like responding promptly, paying extra for next-day shipping, and approving plans in a timely manner.
