Meet the Team
Alisa Griffith is a freelance interior decorator and home stylist in New York City area. She has been actively pursuing her passion in the scope of interior design and interior decorating for 6 years. In following her artistic skills, she's attended New York School of Interior Design. Alisa decorates and designs blank canvases and virtual rooms and also have decorated and helped renovate family and friend's homes for pure enjoyment in the past. As an interior decorator her scope of practice is based on external changes and home aesthetics (paint, furniture, decor, etc.) and the present architectural foundation of a home/office/apartment/condo/business. Her scope of practice does not include changing a layout of a home or establishment (knocking down walls, changing electrical, vents, demolition) although advisement on home projects involving outside parties through clients can be done.
Alisa is professional and has a bachelor's degree in business and organizational leadership with an entrepreneurial personality. With this comes problem solving techniques, leadership tendencies, and management qualities. She is also creative, observant and works well under pressure making her a great executor of deadlines and budgets. Alisa's approach is to help her clients solve interior problems by analyzing lifestyle habits and functional needs that isn't currently being met. Emotional connection and psychological well being is aggressively pursued when creating an ideal space for tenants, home owners, business owners, or even landlords by using interior decorating as an artistic tool.
Carl Carlton is a well diverse handy-man and is half of the team duo that transforms spaces. Upon completing Apex Technical School, Carl has gained much experience in the electrical technology industry because of his passion and is a natural at fixing many household headaches. On his spare time, he has built computers from the ground up, safely secure and mounted 60 inch flat screens, installed ceiling fans/chandeliers, temporarily patched leaking roof, and installed intercoms just to name a few. Carl is also a licensed burglar and fire alarm installer who specializes in security systems, access control, camera systems, intercom communications, and internet networking. He is very passionate about hands on experience involving home improvements and is a fast learner through difficult tasks. The pressure excites him and has kept him motivated through his 8 years in the field.
